Immigration uncertainty, separation, and displacement can carry an emotional weight that is difficult to explain. I am developing free, 20-minute conversations for adults who need a welcoming, judgment-free space to talk, reflect, vent, or simply be heard.
My work spans mental health, education, aging, advance-care planning, community development, and personal storytelling.
These interests take different forms, but they are rooted in the same belief: people deserve the knowledge, support, and space to shape their own lives. I am not searching for one box that can contain everything I care about. I am building a life in which all of it belongs.
Thoughts that begin with me—but may not belong only to me.
Personal reflections on love, ambition, identity, healing, family, faith, and the revelations that find me during late drives home.
